In this video I have
narrated two different incidents. In this story there are two different
purchasers of different piece of land who purchased the two different pieces of
land in 1981. One is Sheel Chand and second is Bhupinder Singh. Both the
purchasers could not get mutation sanctioned in their name. 1st purchaser was
duped by the seller, selling the same property to some one else. He could not
take the physical possession of the said property. The seller again sold the
property to another buyer because he has the title of the property in his name
as well as the possession. Today, value of property is in crores but the
purchaser Sheel Chand stands no where. In 2nd case the land was acquired by
Puda and the payment was made to legal heirs of the owner. They came to know
about the mistake in record and get it rectified. More in video.
