This video of Property Fraud is of a peculiar type. In this story a very senior officer of Himachal Pardes gets a General Power of Attorney from a NRI party in the name of his father. The GPA executed and Regd in the office of sub registrar xxx Tehsil Distt Mohali. The owner, a lady was in England at the time of execution and registration of GPA i.e. she did not put her signature on the document. It was proved that she was not in India at the time of registration of GPA. That's why this document proved to be the fake one. It is pertinent to mention that the GPA holder sold the property to two buyers. The fraud was proved and the officer was jailed for this fraudulent action.
इस प्रॉपर्टी फ्रॉड की कहानी में एक वरिष्ठ अधिकारी किसी NRI की प्रोपेर्टी जो मोहाली के नज़दीक किसी गांव में थी, का GPA अपने पिता के नाम पर regd करवा लेता है। इस प्रोपेर्टी को वह अपने पिता दुआरा दो ग्राहकों को बेच देता है। दोनों खरीददारों में लड़ाई की नौबत आ जाती है। एक के नाम रजिस्ट्री करवा दी जाती है, दूसरे को इकरारनामा कर दिया जाता है। मज़े की बात है कि GPA करने वाली पार्टी UK में बैठी होती है,वह भारत मे आती भी नही और उस के नाम से GPA regd करवा के उस की जमीन उस को बिना बताए बेच दी जाती है। पता लगने पर वह भारत आ कर उस अधिकारी पर धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज करवा के उस को जेल भिजवा देती है और आगे के लिए वीडियो पूरा देखो।
