a purchaser of a plot is cheated. He purchased the plot from the seller 3 years
ago. The plot was transferred to the seller by the way of Will by his father.
After 3 years, his sister,a legal heir of her father claimed that she should
also be given the share out of her father's property. She claims her right in
the court. The court nullified the sale deed after an observation that she was
ignored by her father while executing the will. The purchaser suffers a loss of
Rs 25 lakh till now.
